Mark aspects of your identity and experience that you consider important, such as gender, race, culture, personal experiences, etc. Remember to identify every part of your body thinking about what kind of activities you use your body and how well or how different you need to interact with those parts of it depending on the climate/ environment

Worksheet Week 6: Exploring Our Interconnectedness with Nature

Finally, draw one thing that represents how you feel about your connection to nature or write down the main points of your discussion:
Exploring Nature's Impact: Take a walk outside and observe your surroundings. Pay attention to the sounds, smells, and sights of nature. Reflect on how being in nature makes you feel and jot down any observations or thoughts that come to mind.
Creating a Nature Collage: Collect natural materials such as leaves, flowers, or rocks. Use these materials to create a collage that represents your connection to nature. Arrange the materials in a way that feels meaningful to you and take a photo to share with the class.
Remember to bring your collage to the next class session for discussion and reflection.
