Course Objectives:

  • Understand the theoretical foundations of ecofeminism and its relationship with environmental and gender issues.

  • Critically analyze how patriarchy, capitalism, and other power structures contribute to the oppression of women and the degradation of the environment.

  • Explore how ecofeminism can inform and enrich struggles for social and environmental justice.

  • Develop critical thinking, research, and analysis skills to address environmental issues from an ecofeminist perspective.
